1. Are you a landowner and have an agreement regarding the respective shares? Are you a client who has reserved an apartment, garage, shop, service unit, storage unit, etc.? Then, if you need to register an agreement you have concluded with the construction company, you can use the service Application for the registration of notarial acts concluded between the property developer and the landowners or with third parties.
* In the “services” section, also add the services ASHK_I4 (Issuance of a copy of the cadastral map fragment) and ASHK_I5 (Issuance of a copy of the property card). After making the payment for the service, together with the original copy of the agreement you are registering, send it by post to the address of the respective ASHK office;
** Attention! In the application you need to indicate the quantity of the application according to the number of units you benefit from. For example: If you benefit from 1 apartment and 2 garages, then the quantity of the service will be 3!
2. Have you purchased a real estate property? Has it been donated to you? Have you purchased it with a condition or reservation? Then you need to use the service Application for registration of the contract of sale, exchange, or donation with reservation/condition of immovable property.
* In the “services” section, also add the services ASHK_L1 (Issuance of ownership certificate), ASHK_I4 (Issuance of a copy of the cadastral map fragment) and ASHK_I5 (Issuance of a copy of the property card). After making the payment for the service, together with the original copy of the agreement you are registering, send it by post to the address of the respective ASHK office;

3. The transfer of ownership rights over immovable property, land (construction land or agricultural land) and buildings, is taxed at 15 percent of the realized capital gain. The individual transferring the ownership right over immovable property must pay the tax before the registration of the transfer act, in accordance with the applicable legal acts and procedures. The transferred immovable property cannot be registered without proof of payment of this obligation at the local offices of the immovable property registration.
